Job Overview
The Multi-Modality Specialist plays a crucial role in providing diverse imaging services, ensuring the highest quality of patient care and diagnostic accuracy. The specialist will collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient examinations, utilizing various imaging modalities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality imaging procedures across multiple modalities.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols during imaging practices.
- Assess and evaluate images for quality and accuracy, making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to determine patient needs and appropriate imaging procedures.
- Document patient information, imaging results, and operational activities accurately.
- Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment, coordinating with technical support as necessary.
- Provide patient education regarding procedures and post-imaging care.
Qualifications
- Current certification in relevant imaging modalities.
- Registered or eligible with relevant professional organizations.
- Strong understanding of imaging technologies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented approach to patient care and imaging accuracy.
