Description

Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our stepdown staffing pool. The position involves working night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM and requires a strong commitment to patient care and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a stepdown unit.
Assess and monitor patient conditions, implementing care plans as required.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and care plans.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

Active nursing license in the state of North Carolina.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a stepdown or critical care setting.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
