Description
Overview
We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. The position involves working night shifts, providing critical care to patients in an intensive care setting.
Schedule
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (3 shifts per week)
- Number of weekend shifts: 6 within a 6-week schedule
Requirements
- Current Arizona RN License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU or Cardiac experience
- Experience with ventilators and vasoactive drips
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Open Heart procedures
- Knowledge of Balloon Pump usage
- Experience with Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT)
Unit Information
- Number of beds: 15
- Patient Ratios: 2:1
- Typical Procedures:
- Post-Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG)
- ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction (STEMI)
- Vascular procedures
Additional Information
Candidates must be willing to float to other units such as the Medical ICU and Progressive Care Unit. The facility utilizes Cerner as its Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Scrub colors are flexible, with any solid color permitted.
