Description
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in accordance with facility policies and standards.
Schedule
- Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Days: Tuesday to Saturday
- Must be available to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities designed to improve the patient’s physical condition.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures and home exercises to facilitate recovery.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
