Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our ICU Float Pool team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and be prepared to support multiple units as needed.
Shift Details
- Evening shift from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Prior experience in an ICU setting preferred
- Current nursing license in the state of practice
- ACLS certification required
- Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU Float Pool, adapting to various unit needs
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely in the electronic health record
