Unit Highlights

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role requires a dedicated nurse to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Shift/Workdays: Every other weekend
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Call Requirements: Yes

• Documentation System: Meditech
• Floating Policy: As needed

Qualifications

Requested Skill Set:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant nursing role
• 2+ years of specialty experience in Emergency Room care
• NIH Stroke Scale certification (NIH REQUIRED)
• Basic Life Support certification (BLS REQUIRED)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification (ACLS REQUIRED)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification (PALS REQUIRED)
• Trauma Nursing Core Course certification (TNCC REQUIRED)

Preferred Skills

While the following qualifications are not mandatory, candidates possessing these skills will be prioritized:

• Experience with Meditech documentation system

Licensure

The candidate must hold an active RN license. Please note that temporary licenses will not be accepted.

Dress Code

• Scrub Color: Royal Blue Scrubs
• Nail Policy: Clean and healthy; no artificial nails, gel, or next-gen options.
• Hair: Should be neat and clean; extreme styles or colors are not permitted. Hair must be tied back if shoulder length or longer.
• Facial Hair: Beards, mustaches, and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed.
• Tattoos: Body art should be covered whenever possible; exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Piercings: Visible piercings beyond ears are prohibited (e.g., nose rings, tongue rings).

Unit Guidelines/Policies

• Attendance policies will adhere to company-wide standards.
• Floating guidelines will be implemented as necessary.
