Staffing Information
- Day Shift: 1 Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC), 1 RN
- Mid Shift (Noon to Midnight): 1 RN
- Night Shift: 1 CNC, 1 RN
Patient Care and Ratios
Patient Ratios: 1:4 or 1:5
Equipment and Technology
The emergency department is fully equipped with:
- X-ray
- Laboratory (nurse-driven)
- CT Scanner
Electronic Medical Record system: Meditech
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Must Have: At least 2-3 years of experience in the Emergency Room as an RN
- Preferred: Additional experience in the Emergency Room as an RN
Typical Procedures
- Patient care
- Laboratory tests
Personality Fit
- Looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals
Certifications
- Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Preferred: TNCC
Work Schedule
Night Shift: 3 days per week, rotating every other weekend. No on-call duties.
