Description
Job Description
The Cardiac Technologist will be responsible for operating X-ray equipment and supporting procedures in the Cath Lab, including but not limited to Left Heart Catheterization (LHC), Right Heart Catheterization (RHC), device placements, peripheral angiography, and carotid interventions.
Shift Information
This position requires a commitment to a day shift, consisting of four 10-hour days from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Call and Weekend Requirements
- One weekday of on-call duty per week.
- One weekend of on-call duty every four weeks on a rotating schedule.
- Holidays are also included in the on-call rotation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting.
- IEMA certification required for the state of Illinois.
