Description
Job Description
A dual X-Ray & CT Technologist is needed to join our team, specializing in diagnostic imaging services. The position requires expertise in computer tomography (CT) as well as traditional x-ray practices.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will work in various areas including the x-ray department (which encompasses fluoroscopy), portable imaging, the emergency department, and CT operations.
Call Requirements
- Participation in call coverage for both weekdays and weekends
- Rotation of on-call duties shared among three technologists
Experience Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field is required.
Certifications
- Must hold a CRT certification in Radiography and Fluoroscopy
- ARRT certification in Radiology (ARRT(R))
- ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (ARRT(CT))
Shift Information
- 8-hour shifts, primarily from 3:30 PM to midnight, with potential variations to 3:30 PM to 9:00 PM
- Call availability is required
Holiday Coverage
Holiday coverage is required for this position.
Location
Position available in a critical access hospital located in City, State.
Additional Requirements
- BLS/BCLS certification is necessary
