Job Description

A Radiologic Technologist is needed to join our team. The candidate must possess an active ARRT registration, Maine RT licensure, and a BLS certification. This is a full-time position requiring 38 hours a week with flexible shifts based on operational needs. The role includes responsibilities at multiple locations within the region, including York, ME, and Sanford, ME, as well as other walk-in care facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality radiologic examinations on patients.
• Provide excellent patient care while ensuring comfort and safety during procedures.
• Assist with patient registrations and clerical tasks as needed to support the walk-in teams.
• Be available to work at various locations, including the main hospital and additional facilities.
• Flexibility in scheduling is crucial, as shifts may include days, evenings, overnight (if CT trained), and weekends.

Qualifications

• Current ARRT registration (ARRT(R)) and Maine RT licensure.
• BLS/BCLS certification required.
• Preferred experience in Bone Density, Fluoroscopy, C-Arm, CT, and Portable Radiology with at least 2+ years of relevant hospital experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Shift Information

This position consists of five 8-hour shifts per week, typically scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with a weekend rotation required.
