Location: Lees Summit, MO

Unit Type: Emergency Room

Number of Beds: 13
Number of Staff: 40
Patient Ratios: 1:3/1:4 (scheduled, expandable as needed)
Equipment: GE Monitors
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech

Position Overview

This is a night shift position with guaranteed hours available. The role involves providing high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency room environment.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

Emergency Room experience
Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (ENPC) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification

Preferred Qualifications:

Charge nurse experience in the emergency room
Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training

Dress Code

Scrubs in charcoal color are required.

Additional Information

Weekend night shifts may be required on occasion.
