Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Med/Surg team. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a cardiac medical/surgical unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, document changes, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a cardiac med/surg setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.

Schedule

This is a night shift position, with hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
