Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a medical-surgical unit. The ideal candidate will be available for night shifts and will be responsible for various nursing duties within the unit.

Shift Schedule

• Shift: Night Shift
• Hours: 12 Hours, 19:00
• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirements: As needed

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with established standards and regulations.
• Float to all Medical/Surgical Units as required.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required.
• 3+ years of experience is preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS).

Orientation

A comprehensive orientation program of 24 hours is provided, with 12 hours being non-billable.

Pay Schedule

Bi-weekly pay schedule is established for all employees.
