Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team in providing moderate sedation within a fast-paced procedural area. The role involves caring for patients undergoing preventative and interventional stroke care.

Job Duties

• Administer moderate sedation and closely monitor patients' cardiac and physical status.
• Collaborate with physicians to ensure patient safety, comfort, and privacy.
• Circulate when not providing moderate sedation.

Qualifications

• Current RN License (New York License ONLY)
• Two (2) years of nursing experience required. Experience in a Level 1 trauma center preferred.
• Experience in moderate sedation and interventional radiology required.
• Telemetry experience is required.

Certifications

• BLS Certification (American Heart Association ONLY)
• ACLS Certification (American Heart Association ONLY)
