Description
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in diagnostic radiology, including responsibilities in the operating room (OR), fluoroscopy, portable imaging, emergency department, and standard x-ray procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiology procedures, ensuring high-quality images and patient safety.
- Assist with radiologic needs in various settings, including OR cases and fluoroscopy.
- Utilize equipment effectively and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a relevant specialty.
- Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART) required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Experience with Cerner or similar electronic medical record systems is preferred.
Work Schedule
This position requires availability from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Holiday Requirements
Candidates must be willing to work a minimum of two major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and one minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve) each year.
