Surgical Patients: Total joints, fractures, bariatric, urology, general
Medical Patients: CHF, CVA, SOB, diabetic issues

Experience and Skills

Experience in Med/Surg required
RNs required to read patient strips; confirmation with monitor techs is expected
Must be able to manage patient assignments effectively
Experience with equipment: CPAP, BiPAP, high flow

Charge Nurse/House Supervisor: No
Nurse Aides: Yes, with a ratio of 1:15
Floating Requirements: Yes
