Radiologic Technologist

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist with experience in X-ray and CT imaging. The position involves working 8-hour shifts with rotating weekends and potential evening on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform X-ray and computed tomography (CT) examinations with a focus on patient safety and comfort.
• Prepare and maintain imaging equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements, including infection control and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with medical staff to provide high-quality patient care.
• Document patient information and imaging results accurately.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Certification in Radiography through ARRT is required.
• Current Kansas LRT license (KSBHA LRT) is required.
• AHA BLS certification must be maintained.
• Experience in CT is preferred but not necessary; certification in CT is not required.
• Must have completed at least 2 travel contracts; first-time travelers will not be considered.

Additional Information

Housing arrangements should be considered as it has been a past issue. The selected candidate must reside over 45 miles from the facility, and mileage must be included in the submission packet.
