Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical (Med Surg) nursing to provide high-quality patient care. The position is a travel role requiring flexibility and adaptability in various settings.

Shift Information

  • Shift: 7 PM to 7 AM

Location

  • Dallas, TX

Responsibilities

  • Deliver patient-centered care, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity.
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and progress.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families regarding health management and recovery plans.

Qualifications

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum of one year of Med Surg nursing experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Basic BLS certification required; additional certifications may be preferred.
