Facility Location: Plantation, FL

Unit Details:

Number of Beds: 250
Number of Staff: 5
Type of Staff:
- Day Shift
- Night Shift: 11 PM - 7 AM (Monday through Friday)
Patient Ratios: Estimated
Type of Equipment: GE 1.5 T
Documentation System: Meditech
Call Requirements: None

Job Responsibilities

The MRI Technologist will be responsible for:

Performing general MRI scanning procedures.
Ensuring patient safety and comfort during scanning.
Maintaining equipment functionality and cleanliness.
Collaborating with the healthcare team to provide high-quality care to patients.

Qualifications

Mandatory:

ARRT (MR) certification.
BLS certification.

Preferred:

Experience in a high-volume setting with a single magnet.
Ability to handle high-acuity patients.
Previous travel experience is advantageous.
Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to function independently.
