Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse for a medical-surgical unit. This is a 12-week assignment offering various shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical setting.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.
- Document patient information and care in accordance with policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience in a medical-surgical unit preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Schedule
This position requires commitment to a full 36-hour work week, with shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM during varying days of the week.
