Location: Aurora, CO

• Number of Beds: 50
• Number of Staff: 68
• Staffing Breakdown:
  • Day Shift: 7-8 RNs, 2-3 EMT/Medics
  • Mid Shift: 8-10 RNs
  • Night Shift: 7-8 RNs, 2-3 EMT/Medics
• Patient Ratios: 1:4 or 1:5 (estimated, never guaranteed)
• Equipment: EKG, Cardiac monitors, Blood Glucose
• EMR System: Meditech

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Emergency Department Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate dynamic patient care skills, work collaboratively with staff and providers, and possess a strong commitment to enhancing patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year of current acute care hospital Emergency Department experience
• BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Level 1 Trauma Centers
• Stroke care experience
