Unit Information

• Number of Beds: 33
• Patient Ratios: 6:1 days, 7:1 nights
• Unit staffing: 3 technicians per shift; unit secretary available on days
• Type of equipment: IVs, Kangaroo pumps, SCDs
• Documentation system: Meditech
• Scheduling requirements: Every other weekend
• Floating policy: Float in rotation to other appropriate areas when needed

Qualifications

• Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years required
• Skill Set: Advanced skills needed
• Certifications Required: Specific certifications pertinent to the role
