Description
Position Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our medical surgical team. This position requires expertise in patient care and the ability to work effectively during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a medical surgical setting.
- Monitor patient health and administer medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
Qualifications
- Current and valid RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (may be obtained prior to start).
- Experience with Cerner electronic health records is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical surgical or similar setting.
Work Schedule
This position requires availability for night shifts, specifically from 7 PM to 7 AM.
