Description
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in vascular access to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vascular access procedures and demonstrate excellent clinical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform vascular access procedures, including the insertion of IV lines and catheter placement.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in health status.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about vascular access procedures and aftercare.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, specifically in vascular access or related areas.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Schedule
The position is for a full-time role with hours from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM.
