Shift Details

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Shift Hours: 7 PM - 7 AM
• Weekend: Every other
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Call Requirements: None

Unit Specifics

• Number of Beds: 19
• Patient Ratios: 1:5
• Documentation System: Meditech & CPIN (Primary)
• Scheduling: Shift assignments will be made to fill vacancies; holiday requirements will be discussed during the interview process.
• Floating Policy: As needed

Qualifications

• Must have:
  • High-Risk Obstetrical Experience (Labor & Delivery or Antepartum)
  • A minimum of 2 years of hospital experience
  • Current BLS certification
  • Current NRP certification
  • Intermediate AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification
• Preferred Skills:
  • ACLS certification
  • RNC credential
  • Experience with Meditech documentation preferred

Patient Experience Required

• Management of Magnesium Sulfate and preterm labor

Dress Code

• Scrub Color: Blue Insignia Scrubs are required
• Nail Policy: Clean and healthy, no artificial nails or gel
• Hair: Neat and clean; extreme styles or colors are not permitted. Hair must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer.
• Tattoos: Should be covered whenever possible.
• Piercings: Visible piercings other than earrings are prohibited.
