Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Emergency Department. This role requires a dedicated professional to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency services and be committed to excellence in patient care.

Schedule

Variability in scheduling is expected. The shifts for this position will run from 7 PM to 7 AM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Assess patient needs and formulate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Emergency Nursing.
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NIHSS.

Holiday Expectations

Candidates must be available to work 2 major holidays from the following options: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. Additionally, working on 1 minor holiday is also required from the following: the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve.
