Description
Job Description
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Operating Room team. This dynamic position requires versatility and expertise in various surgical specialties.
Unit Information
- Location: Austin, TX
- Unit Type: Operating Room
- Number of ORs: 22
- Staff Size: 80 personnel
- Patient Ratio: 1:1
- Type of Equipment: Robotics, Neuro, Spine, Orthopedics, Plastics, GYN, and more
- EMR System: Meditech
- Permanent Positions Available: Yes
Shifts and Call Requirements
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Day Shift
- Call Requirements: Minimum of 4 to 5 shifts per 6-week period
- Weekend Shifts Available
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a clinical setting, with at least 1 year in a traveling position
- Must Have:
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST)
- Experience with Neuro and Spine procedures
- Cardiac experience for relevant service line
- Preferred: Experience in multiple surgical specialties including Orthopedic, General, and Robotic procedures
