Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in an acute care facility environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care during night shifts, with a total of 36-48 working hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.
• Document patient care activities in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience in an acute care facility is preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required from an approved vendor.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required from an approved vendor.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required from an approved vendor.
