Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our Radiology department. This full-time position involves performing a variety of imaging studies in a dynamic clinical environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and experience in computed tomography.

Shift Details

• Shift Type: Nights
• Shift Hours: 7 PM - 7:30 AM, Wednesday to Friday
• Shift Length: 12 hours
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans and imaging studies as per the department's protocols and procedures.
• Administer intravenous contrast as required for specific imaging studies.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain equipment functionality and ensure cleanliness of the workspace.
• Adhere to safety standards and departmental policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist.
• Current certifications: BLS (AHA) and Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT).
• Experience with GE and Siemens CT equipment preferred.
• Familiarity with Epic and Fuji Synapse PACS systems.
• Ability to float to outpatient areas as needed.

• Number of Scanners: 5
• Average Number of Scans per Day: 25
• Radiologist available in-house for consultations.

Additional Information

• Weekend and holiday work may be required.
• Black scrubs are required; scrubs are not provided.
• Department-specific orientation will be provided.
• Travelers must have a Rad Badge issued by their agency.
