Occupational Therapist (OT)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a home health role. The successful candidate will provide quality care to clients in their homes and will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Valid Occupational Therapist License in California.
• Current NPI Number.
• Current driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations for clients.
• Perform therapy visits with an average of four visits per day, combining both evaluations and revisits.
• Provide direct patient care in a home health setting.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and care provided.

Additional Information

The coverage area will include northeastern Sacramento into Folsom and Yolo County. Mileage will be reimbursed at the approved rate with prior approval. Profiles will be sent directly to the management team.

This position is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with the first to float as needed.
