This environment is ideal for learning about various neurological diseases while utilizing your nursing and critical thinking skills. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced setting, caring for patients with conditions such as stroke, epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis, and Guillain-Barré Syndrome.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a specialized neurological setting.
• Utilize state-of-the-art continuous video EEG technology for evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of seizures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on patient needs and outcomes.
• Monitor and assess patient progress and implement appropriate interventions.
• Maintain a compassionate and supportive environment for patients and their families.

Qualifications

• RN License (New York State ONLY)
• Two (2) years of nursing experience in a telemetry setting required
• BLS certification
• NIHSS certification
