Job Description

We are seeking a Level II Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing competent care while adhering to established standards. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including opportunities for professional development, participation in clinical practice, service excellence, and involvement in research and evidence-based practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care based on established clinical standards.
• Assume an expanded role that may include charge nurse and preceptor duties.
• Participate in committees and contribute to unit-based initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• New York State Registered Nurse License (RN) required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience in a telemetry setting.
• Current BLS certification by the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Telemetry experience strongly preferred.

Schedule

This position involves rotating shift schedules, with every other weekend required. Additional responsibilities may include holiday work, on-call duties, or callback as needed based on unit demands.
