Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Med/Surg setting. This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care and supporting the healthcare team in achieving optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Med/Surg unit.
• Assess and monitor patient health status and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document care provided.
• Assist in coordinating discharge planning and patient follow-up.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Med/Surg setting.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Information

This position requires night shift availability from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
