CT Technologist

Position Description

The CT Technologist will be responsible for performing various imaging procedures and providing quality care to patients in a hospital setting. The role requires a high level of technical skill and knowledge of CT equipment and protocols.

Unit Information

Unit: Cat Scan

Qualifications

Certified CT Technologist
Current CPR certification
Virginia state license required
2 years of experience in a hospital setting preferred
IV skills preferred

Typical Procedures

The following procedures are typically performed in the unit:

Head CT
Chest CT
Abdomen and Pelvis CT, with and without contrast

Dress Code

Scrubs: Navy
