Schedule

36 or 40 hours per week, days, with 10 or 12-hour shifts. Requires availability for weekends and nights as needed.

Job Duties

Join a dedicated team providing moderate sedation in a fast-paced procedural area for patients undergoing preventative and interventional stroke care. Responsibilities include:

• Administering intraoperative moderate sedation and closely monitoring patients' cardiac and physical status.
• Collaborating with physicians to ensure patient safety, comfort, and privacy.
• Circulating in the procedural area when not administering sedation.

Job Requirements

• Valid RN License (New York License only).
• Moderate sedation experience required.
• Interventional Radiology (IR) experience required.
• Two years of relevant experience or experience in a Level 1 trauma center preferred.
• Telemetry skills necessary.
• Ability to circulate in the procedural area.

Certifications

• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
