Job Overview

Join a dynamic team as a CT Technologist, responsible for performing Computed Tomography (CT) and Diagnostic/General X-ray imaging in the Radiology department. This position focuses on providing exceptional patient care while ensuring the highest quality of imaging services.

Job Details

• Unit: Radiology - CT
• Shift: Nights (2000–0500, Monday through Thursday)
• Shift Length: 9 hours
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Department Equipment: Philips and Toshiba imaging systems
• Common Procedures: CT general, ER, and outpatient studies
• EMR/PACS Used: CERNER
• Team Structure: Radiology Supervisor, Lisa Walker
• Radiologist Availability: In-house

Qualifications

• Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year
• Required Certifications:
  • ARRT certification in Radiography and CT
  • BLS certification
  • Crisis Protocol Approved
• State Licensure: Valid Arizona state license in Radiology and CT

Responsibilities

As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for:

• Performing high-quality CT and X-ray examinations.
• Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and standards of care.
• Working collaboratively with radiologists and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintaining patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures.
• Documenting patient information and maintaining accurate records in the EMR system.

• Work Days: Monday through Thursday
• Weekend Requirement: None
• Holiday Requirement: None

Dress Code

Scrubs will be provided. The required scrub color is teal.

Orientation

Department-specific orientation will be provided to ensure a seamless transition into the role.
