Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Long-term Acute Care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical-surgical nursing and be committed to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive and compassionate nursing care to patients in a long-term acute care setting.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and care plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.

Requirements

• Current RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact).
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a MedSurg environment.
• ACLS certification (within 180 days of hire).
• BLS certification.
• Availability for shifts from 7am to 7pm, starting after November 14, 2026.
