CT Technologist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our busy CT department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing all CT procedures and providing exceptional service to patients, particularly in the emergency department (ED) and inpatient settings.

Schedule

This position requires availability to work nights, specifically 8 PM to 8:30 AM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Additionally, candidates must be willing to work during holiday periods, including:

• Two major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day
• One minor holiday: The Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in CT imaging is required.
• Certification and registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Computed Tomography (CT) is mandatory.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all types of CT procedures, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety.
• Manage a busy workload effectively and assist in prioritizing cases based on urgency.
• Work independently while demonstrating strong clinical judgment and technical skills.
• Provide excellent patient care and communicate effectively with medical staff and patients.

Location

Position is located in the region of Northside Holiday. Candidates must be willing to commute to the facility situated in the city of your choice, within the state.
