Description
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team specializing in pediatric surgeries. This role requires expertise in scrubbing for at least two pediatric surgical service lines, including Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) and Orthopedics.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field during surgical procedures.
- Assist surgeons and other healthcare professionals by providing necessary surgical instruments and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all aseptic techniques and protocols.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to facilitate efficient surgical operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist.
- Required certifications: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) and a valid Washington state license.
- Demonstrated expertise in scrubbing for pediatric surgical service lines, specifically ENT and Orthopedics.
Additional Information
- Shift times: 0645 to 1915.
- Weekend rotation and floating duties are not required.
- Optional on-call and holiday expectations.
- Scrub colors will be provided.
- Position located in a facility with 8 operating rooms.
