Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a passion for providing quality care to a diverse patient population.
General Information
- Location: Manchester, NH
- Unit Name: Physical Therapy Inpatient
- Number of Beds: 330
- Patient Ratios: Approximately 10 patients per 8-hour day
- Staffing: Comprised of PTs, OTs, STs, and a Therapy Director
- Equipment: Basic rehab equipment, portable parallel bars, portable stairs, Sara Stedy, ceiling lifts
- Documentation System: Sunrise Allscripts
- Weekend Shift Requirement: One weekend shift per month required
Role Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will be responsible for:
- Conducting evaluations and developing treatment plans.
- Administering therapy and ensuring patient safety and progress.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Qualifications
- Required: New Hampshire Physical Therapy License, BLS certification
- Preferred: Experience with vestibular rehabilitation
Work Environment
This position offers a collaborative work environment with a team of experienced professionals. You will engage with a wide variety of patient cases, enhancing your clinical skills and breadth of knowledge.
