Location: Asheville, NC
Unit Information
- Unit: Cardiac Cath Lab
- Number of Beds: 5
- Number of Staff: 25
- Staff Type:
- Day Shift: 10 hour shifts, 4 days per week
- Night Shift: On call
- Patient Ratios: 1:1
- Type of Equipment: X-ray, PACS, Mac Lab, iSTAT, Avox
- EMR: Cerner
Qualifications
- Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Electrophysiology (EP)
- Required Skills:
- PICC line experience
- ACLS/BLS certification
- Experience in Cardiac Cath Lab
- Preferred Certifications:
- RCIS or ARRT for Technologist positions
Typical Procedures
- Diagnostic and Interventional Heart Catheterizations
- Structural Heart Procedures
Working Conditions
- Weekends: Every 5th weekend on call from Saturday 7 AM to Monday 7 AM
- Dress Code: Surgical Green Scrubs
