We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Labor and Delivery unit. This position requires a compassionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing exceptional care to patients and their families during childbirth.

Position Details

• Location: Nashville, TN
• Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Experience: 2 years required

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Labor and Delivery unit.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patients throughout labor, reporting any concerns to the physician promptly.
• Educate patients and their families on the labor process and postpartum care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital protocols.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current BLS and NRP certifications.
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
