Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel position in Eastern NM. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing critical care to patients in need.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the ICU setting.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to changes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Float to stepdown and medical-surgical units as required.
- Participate in on-call rotations as necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of critical care nursing experience required.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are mandatory.
- Must be able to float to Stepdown and Medical-Surgical units.
- Strong assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to work nights and weekends, including every other weekend.
Additional Information
This is a 13-week travel contract position with night shifts (7p-7:30a). Candidates must be prepared for floating and additional call duties as assigned. If you meet the qualifications and are ready to take on this rewarding challenge, we encourage you to apply.
