Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Telemetry to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring patients' vital signs and ensuring safe and effective care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions in a telemetry setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
• Respond to emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a telemetry or acute care setting.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.

Shift Details

This position requires night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.
