Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our ICU Float Pool team. This position requires strong critical care skills and the ability to adapt to various unit environments. The RN will play a vital role in patient care, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients within the ICU setting.
• Monitor patient conditions and assess vital signs regularly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule

This position is a full-time role with day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM.
