Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical/Surgical nursing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on medical-surgical general and overflow oncology cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in a medical-surgical setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding effectively to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical nursing.
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system is required.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment.
