Description
Position Overview
The Cardiovascular Operating Room Nurse (RN) plays a critical role in patient care within the surgical environment. This position involves working closely with a specialized team to provide high-quality care to patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and organization of the operating room.
- Monitor patient stability during surgical procedures.
- Administer medications and anesthesia as required.
- Coordinate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in post-operative patient care and assessments.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a cardiovascular surgical environment.
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details
This position is for a shift starting at 6:00 AM and ending at 4:30 PM.
Scrub Color Requirements
All nursing staff are required to wear navy blue scrubs.
Parking Information
Parking is available at the back of the building for both AM and PM shifts.
