Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a fast-paced Med-Surg Tele unit. The role involves optimizing post-surgical patient care according to surgeon preferences, working within established order sets and protocols, and being part of a supportive team atmosphere.

- Shift: 3 AM - 3 PM

Unit Information
- Number of Beds: 37
- Patient Ratio: 1:5
- Scrub Colors: Black, Royal Blue
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in Indiana
- ACLS and BLS certification
- 1-2 years of nursing experience in a similar environment
- Experience with Cerner EMR is preferred but not mandatory
