Description
Position Overview
This is a 13-week contract position for an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) with shift hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The role involves providing high-quality care to patients experiencing urgent and emergency medical conditions.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
- Pediatric Emergency Nurse Certification (ENPC)
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an emergency room setting
Work Environment
The role may require working in either a 36-hour or 48-hour per week capacity, depending on facility approval. The Emergency Room environment demands a strong ability to work under pressure while providing compassionate care to patients.
