Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

This is a contract position for a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Free Standing Emergency Department. The role is structured to offer enhanced flexibility and learning opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Unit Information

• Location: Manor FSED, City, State
• Number of Beds: 11
• Staffing:
  • Day Shift: Includes 1 Charge Nurse (CNC), 1 RN
  • Night Shift: Includes 1 Charge Nurse (CNC), 1 RN
• Type of Equipment: Ventilators, Point of Care (POC) Lab Machines
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Meditech
• Permanent Positions Available: Yes

Shift Details

• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM
• Call Requirements: None
• Weekends: Required (rotating schedule)

Qualifications

Must Have:

• Less than 2 years of experience in a clinical setting

Preferred:

• Experience in Free Standing Emergency Departments (FSED)

Role Responsibilities

• Perform IV starts and patient assessments
• Conduct 12-lead EKGs
• Provide exceptional patient care and support as part of a collaborative team
